All the pictures published in this website are copyrighted and all the rights belong to Graeme Sims even when the original painting has been sold.

RETURNS, CHANGES and CANCELLATION policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For returns you have to contact us asap in the 30 days since your purchase and we will acknowledge your request. Do not send the item back before having contacted us.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
The item must be returned to us at your cost not later than 7 days since you informed us about your intention to return the item.
Returns must be sent via traceable mail. No refund if the package is without a tracking facility. Be sure to send the return in its package complete with tag and packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within some days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NO refund for parcels not withdrawn or with an incorrect and / or incomplete address provided.
We do not refund customs fees under any circumstances.

SHIPPING

Every item passes through a quality assurance process before being securely packed for domestic or International shipping.
U.K.: shipping is FREE
Fine art painting: we ship it 2/3 days after getting the payment; allow other 3/5 working days to receive it.
Collection item: you can collect it after 3 working days.
ABROAD: we do not currently ship to the E.U.
Shipping is trackable and you will be kept constantly updated.

PAINTING CLASSES AND COURSES: TERMS OF SALE

BOOKING and PAYMENT

Painting Classes are offered in fixed periods of time, clearly indicated in the booking process.
When you sign up and pay for a specific period of Painting Classes, you pay for the entire period. Painting Classes payments are set on a period basis and they do not reflect your effective attendance. This system allows us to provide you the classroom on a stable basis.
Payments can be made either online in advance or in cash at the beginning or the end of the first class you attend.
As the room cannot accommodate more than a certain number of people, you should check the availability before booking.

REFUND

We offer a refund only if we are not able to provide the service.

By contacting us from the website or purchasing any of our services or products, we collect the following personal details provided by you: name, surname, telephone number, email address. These data are used exclusively by Graeme Sims Art for informational and advertising purposes related to our activity. Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
