Shipping and Refund Policies
SHIPPING POLICY

N.B. Currently we only ship to the U.K. and Italy
​
N.B. For any products shipped outside the U.K. it’s the responsibility of the end customer to pay for any applicable import tax / customs fees.
​
Fine art prints, canvases and cards are all produced and shipped from the U.K. to the U.K. and from Nederland to Italy.
All of these items are bespoke items made for you at the point of ordering and you can expect delivery in a few working days after you place your order. Delivery for these products is generally free except for greetings cards sent to Italy, where we apply a shipping cost.

Original Paintings and Enhanced Fine Art Prints are shipped from the U.K. to the U.K. with free delivery and from the U.K. to Italy with a shipping cost.
We provide a complimentary delivery service with the Royal Mail and other selected courier companies for items purchased online from Graeme Sims Art for all our customers.

Everything we send to you is carefully packed.

Packaging
Prints:

Unframed fine art prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes via the Royal Mail.

Framed fine art prints are packed in boxes that provide all the protection required to be shipped safely by couriers.
Fine Art Paintings and Enhanced Fine Art Prints:
They are individually packed with bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes and shipped by courier to your door.

Delivery
Fine Art Prints and Cards:
Your order will be processed as soon as possible and you should receive the item in three/five working days.
​
Fine Art Paintings and Enhanced Fine Art Prints:
These orders could take two/three working days to be processed and shipped but we will keep you informed.
REFUND POLICY​
​
Faulty or damaged items
Let us know if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, because we will either replace the item (if it is a bespoke Fine Art Print, Canvas or Card) within seven days, or refund you in full within 14 days (if it is an Original Fine Art Painting or an Enhanced Fine Art Prints).
We will require evidence of the fault or damage to be provided, so you will have to email us a photo of the damaged goods.
Please, keep any packaging as we may also need to see this or ask you to use that for a return.

Cancellations & refunds
Our online customers have the right to cancel specific orders up to 14 days after the order is placed unless the item is a custom-produced bespoke one, which is made to order (Fine Art Prints, Canvases and Cards). In this case, in fact, the order is not cancellable or refundable.

We cannot offer refunds for orders that arrive later than you expected because this is out of our control.
​
To return an eligible item to us, pack it securely using the same or equivalent packaging material that it arrived in.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods in perfect condition.
​
The customer covers the shipping costs back to us and the costs of delivery we incurred for the order for all cancellations.
Even though we offer free delivery, we incur shipping expenses and will need to deduct those costs for any cancellations from the refund.
​
We only accept returns and requests from the person who purchased the item.
​
We are unable to accept returns of custom-made, bespoke items. If there is a fault, a replacement will be sent once agreed upon.
